Leasing

Our minimum rental requirements are as follows:

• No Prior Evictions or outstanding utility bills on your credit report. 

• 2 Recent Paystubs or proof of income making 3 times rent. 

• Valid Photo ID. 

• Good Landlord/Rental Reference.

Generally 1-2 business days.

However, depending on circumstances up to 1 week.

How do I schedule a showing? 

1. Go to https://www.firstrealtygroup.us/vacancies

2. Find the listing you would like to schedule a showing for and click "View Details".

3. Scroll down the listing and find the link to the showmojo listing. 

4. You can schedule a showing from this page, select a time and date.

They are listed on our vacancy page.

Maybe.

If the apartment listing states it allows pets, it will be shown on the listing of the apartment you are looking at. 


Otherwise, if it is not listed you should assume the apartment doesn’t allow pets.


Rent & Payment

Generally 1-2 business days.

However, depending on circumstances up to 1 week.

You can pay your rent by:

• If you have an account with our online payment system Appfolio, go to your online portal and pay it there.

• Come into our office during business hours (M-F, 9:00am to 5:30pm) and pay with a money order, 431 S Main St, Franklin OH 45005.

1. If it is because you lack the funds to pay your rent:

• You can apply for finical aid with the government or one of the organizations we have listed on our resources page.

3. For any other reason call us at 937-435-5000.


Maintenance

Review the options below:

If it is a non-emergency maintenance request you can:

  • Report it using your Appfolio Tenant portal.
  • Call 937-435-5000 and dial 6 to go to our 24 hour maintenance center.

If it is an emergency (Qualifed emergencies fires, floods, no heat, temps below freezing, etc...):

  1. If it poses imminent danger to you, evacuate the premises.
  2. If you determine it requires the emergency services call 911 and call us afterwards.
  3. Call 937-435-5000 and dial 9 and report the emergency to our team.

Same way you submit a request during business hours.
