Unless it's an emergency report it the same way you would during normal business hours.

If it is an emergency (Qualified emergencies: fires, floods, no heat, temps below freezing, etc...):

2. If you determine it requires the emergency services call 911 and call us afterwards.
3. Call 937-435-5000, wait to be connected to an operator and report the emergency to our team.
