Where do I report a maintenance request?
Through your Appfolio Online Portal or by calling us.
If it is a non-emergency maintenance request you can:
• Report it using your Appfolio Tenant portal.
• Call 937-435-5000 and dial 6 to go to our 24 hour maintenance center.
If it is an emergency (Qualified emergencies: fires, floods, no heat, temps below freezing, etc...):
1. If it poses imminent danger to you, evacuate the premises.
2. If you determine it requires the emergency services call 911 and call us afterwards.
3. Call 937-435-5000, wait to be connected to an operator and report the emergency to our team.
